The black dial features white hour markers and hands, and is adorned with Rolex’s signature Chromalight luminescent material, which emits a long-lasting blue glow in the dark, making it easy to read. The dial is inscribed with “SUBMARINER” and “SWISS MADE.” A date window with a magnifying lens is located at 3 o’clock for easy viewing.
